TBB Purchase See Me Flash For OIT

Todd Blum Bloodstock is continuing to build momentum with another active day at the sales with some new clients.

See Me Flash was lot 114 at the Inglis August Thoroughbred Sale, but was not taken through the ring as she had some minor issues with her hind feet. She was however still available for sale and an agreement was eventually reached and she was purchased for $50,000.

Todd Blum Bloodstock, on behal of Steven Fell's Oxley Island Thoroughbreds, took an offer to the owners through Inglis and after some diliberation an agreement was reached.

"She is a beautiful mare!" Blum said.

"She is exactly what Steven was looking for in a mare to add to his broodmare band. Steve really liked her and to his credit went after her. She is not only by one of the hottest sires in Sebring, but she had the ability to win as a two year old and then come back and win in town the next season."

"She is also a half to Angelic Light who is already a Group 2 and Listed winner and Group 1 placed and has been kept in training so there is potential for further pedigree updates."

See Me Flash will be mated with Hinchinbrook this spring after finishing her racing career with three wins and one second from 18 starts. She won over 1000m twice, including a win at Sandown, and over 1200m. She amassed over $84,000 in prize money.

She is out of the Fuji Kiseki mare, Flashed, who is the dam of seven foals to race for six winners.

It is sure to be the first step in a great association between TBB and Oxley Island Thoroughbreds.
